Reminder: AsBAA Board of Directors Nomination (2026-2028)

Dear AsBAA Members,
We would like to remind you that the nomination period for the AsBAA Board of Directors is currently open.
As a valued membership benefit, AsBAA members have the opportunity to vote for representatives to serve on the Board. If you or an eligible colleague is interested in standing for election, please submit the complete nomination documents to info@asbaa.org by:
Tuesday, 22 September 2026, at 5:00 PM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time)
The following criteria should be fulfilled:
If a nominee is not the member company’s primary representative, the company’s authorized primary representatives on file must endorse the nomination under the following conditions:
A. The nominee must be a full-time employee of an AsBAA member company in good standing and be authorized by the AsBAA Member primary representative as nominee.
or
B. An individual AsBAA member in good standing.
Candidates are reminded that it is their personal responsibility to manage their own time commitments and to secure the necessary approval from their company’s Primary Representative to fulfill Board of Directors duties; accordingly, each candidate must copy their company’s Primary Representative on the nomination email to confirm awareness and support. Please also note that only AsBAA members in good standing are eligible for nomination to the AsBAA Board of Directors.
Nominations should include the following:
Formal Letter of Nomination - including the nominee’s full name, job title, company/organization, and a clear statement of intent outlining their interest in serving on the Board;
Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) - providing an up-to-date summary of the nominee’s professional background, qualifications, and relevant experience;
Outline of Proposed Initiatives - a brief overview of the specific programs, projects, initiatives or activities the nominee would champion or support if elected to the Board, along with any strategic priorities they wish to advance;
Headshot / Professional Profile Photo - a high-resolution, current photograph of the nominee suitable for publication and promotional materials related to the Board election and subsequent communications.
Please ensure that all required documents are submitted together by the deadline to facilitate the acceptance and processing of your nomination.
