Member’s Update: MedAire and Luxaviation collaboration during COVID-19
Ryan Ding, MedAire Director, China, recently shared a case study regarding customer collaboration in Covid19 during the AsBAA China Chapter Meeting. Below is a summary of the findings and list of resources for AsBAA members to find out more about how other members are assisting humanitarian efforts during COVID19.

- All-round medical and security collaboration with Luxaviation worldwide coping with current COVID-19 situation for more than 260 aircraft in 40 countries.
- Pre-flight advice and planning including crew and passenger health status and background screening.
- Destination pandemic and health status briefing as well as medical facility deployment in advance.
- In-flight real time medical support and guidance.
- After flight on ground medical and security support including aircraft and cabin disinfection advice.
- Global crisis & evacuation support.
- Mental health and emotional support through MedAire global network.

A podcast from Business Aviation Advisor, a joint interview with Dr. Farnie, Global Response Center Medical Director from MedAire, and Mr. Robert Fisch, Chief Aviation Operation Officer of Luxaviation Group.
