Aviation Concepts Technical Services, Inc. (ACTSI) (www.actsi.aero), a Subic Bay Philippines based Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Parking Facility, announced that it has conducted, completed, and passed its first FAR 145 Repair Station audit for renewal conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on February 18, 2021.
