| Following AGM 2022, the new AsBAA Board of Directors (BoD) convened earlier this week for the first BoD meeting of the 2022-2024 term. The agenda of items discussed focused on responsibilities, authorization, and reporting line of the BoD and executive team, the appointing of regional chapter heads, the establishment of committees, and BoG nominations. Additionally, the BoD has filled the roles of Secretary, Treasurer, and Legal (updates have been reflected on the AsBAA leadership webpage and will continue to be updated). Other vacant roles are being actively evaluated. Two more BoD meetings have been scheduled within the next four weeks, and a recurring monthly BoD meeting has also been planned for the rest of the Board term.
