CALL FOR SPEAKERS - AsBAA Discovery: Greater Bay Area Career Day at Lingnan University
Following the success of our first AsBAA Discovery Career Forum at Lingnan University in Hong Kong, we are back for our second edition — this time taking a deep dive into opportunities across the Greater Bay Area (GBA), ahead of our iconic industry event in October, the AsBAA Icons of Aviation Awards 2026.
Led by Amy Yang, AsBAA Board of Governors Member and Advisory Board Member at Lingnan University, the forum creates a platform for the next generation of talent to connect with industry leaders and explore emerging opportunities, skills and career pathways shaping the future of work.

We are looking for AsBAA members and industry leaders to share perspectives on:
- Where are the career opportunities emerging across aviation, technology, finance, luxury, tourism, logistics and other sectors in the GBA?
- How are AI, technology and cross-border business reshaping careers and the business aviation industry?
- Which skills will matter most in the age of AI — and which traditional skills are becoming less relevant?
- Does your company offer internships, graduate programmes or other early-career opportunities that you could share with students?
- What skills or qualities are hardest to find when recruiting?
Companies offering internship, graduate or early-career opportunities will be given priority.
