Association Updates

AsBAA Hong Kong is currently lobbying for the alleviation of severe business aircraft aircrew quarantine restrictions as well as to request for critical financial aid under the anti-epidemic fund measures for Hong Kong business aviation operators. Regarding quarantine restrictions, AsBAA wrote this letter to Frank Chan, Hong Kong's Secretary for Transport and Housing and received this response. Regarding financial aid, AsBAA wrote this letter to Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of Hong Kong and received this response. Currently, AsBAA is in the process of obtaining records / Access to Information regarding Hong Kong government's financial relief to aviation related entities for the last two years. We will provide additional updates as we progress.
