AsBAA Singapore Safety Day 2022 Hailed as a "Phenomenal" Success

 

AsBAA Singapore Safety Day 2022, which kickstarted the week-long Asian Business Aviation Week in conjunction with CJI Asia on 27 June was hailed a "phenomenal" success as the first physical AsBAA Safety Day to return to the region since the pandemic.

Kurt Edwards, Director General of International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) keynoted (virtually) the event from Chicago

 

NTSB Board Member Michael Graham presented (virtually) from Washington D.C. on Risk Management

 

The event, hosted at the SKAI Suites at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore, was made possible by the support from main sponsor BOMBARDIER and Platinum sponsors MedAire and World Fuel Services

 

 

More than 70 guests gathered at the AsBAA Singapore Safety Day 2022 to learn, ask questions, and exchange ideas on risk management, airmanship, human factors and safety culture, operational resilience, aircrew mental health, operational safety and maintenance, and illegal charters.

 

Guests also enjoyed a networking lunch and several coffee networking sessions throughout the day to catch up with old colleagues and meet new professionals alike
