AsBAA Discovery Malaysia hosts 40 University Students for Senai International Airport Visit
On 23 September, the AsBAA Malaysia Chapter hosted a total of 40 students from Malaysia Institute of Aviation Technology (MIAT) and Polytechnic Banting Selangor for a field trip to Senai International Airport which hosts the Senai Business Aviation Terminal (SBAT). The purpose of the trip was to learn about commercial, cargo, and business aviation operations. Senai International Airport was formerly known as Sultan Ismail International Airport and is the domestic and international airport serving the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia. AsBAA extends its gratitude to Chapter Head Aida Ismail and member Mike Creed of Aerospace Solutions for volunteering, as well as Didier Raynard of Dassault Aviation for his support and goodie bags.
