Thank you to everyone who submitted the proxy form for upcoming Annual General Meeting. The deadline for submitting proxy forms and proxy changes was Tuesday, 13 October 2026, 5:00 PM (UTC+8, Hong Kong time). We are no longer accepting submissions.

We look forward to welcoming our members to the 2026 Annual General Meeting on Friday, 16 October 2026. This is a key moment for our association as we review the past year and elect our new leadership.
