Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all flights within Company Operations Manual (OMA), Cabin Attendant Handbook, policies and procedures.
  • Attend all training as required by the Company to ensure currency in accordance with OMD.
  • Attend pre and post flight briefings with the PIC and other crew members.
  • Conduct cabin pre-flight safety and security checks and brief passengers on safety, security and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure the cabin is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies, both prior to and post flight.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere and attend to passengers' needs throughout the flight.
  • Design suitable menus, order, prepare and serve meals and beverages according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Anticipate passenger needs and provide personalized service to enhance the travel experience.
  • Handle special requests and accommodate passenger preferences with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain clear communication with the flight crew regarding passenger needs and any in f light issues.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to the Lead Captain promptly.
  • Manage cabin loose equipment, inventory and restock supplies as and when needed.
  • Maintain records of passenger preferences and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with pilots and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a business aviation flight attendant providing services to charter clients.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English is required.
  • Valid passport, ability to operate globally without restrictions • Knowledge of in-flight service protocols and safety regulations.
  • Flight attendant – specific training from Flight Safety, FACTS or similar preferred.
  • Outstanding culinary techniques and presentation.
  • Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied flying schedule with short notice.
  • Flexibility to work for extended periods away from Home Base.
