Key Accountabilities
- Responding to all client's non-operational queries, problems and general issues, with the assistance of operational and support groups
- Conducting sales related activities including contractual renewals with the assistance from operations coordination and contract administration
- Preparing, verifying, and delivering any client periodic or ad hoc report, analysis, proposal, agreement and monthly invoices
- Monitor and evaluate service efficiency, performance and compliance with agreements, and assist in adjusting rendered services to improve client satisfaction
- Identification, management and mitigation client-related operational and business risks
- Ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management
Job Specifications
- University degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years customer service work experience preferably gained in high end hospitality or aviation, and with good understanding of basic financial reporting
- Self-starter with sound interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment and confident in dealing with external clients and internal subject matter experts
- An understanding of the need for extreme confidentiality and discretion when handling all client information
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Computer literacy, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, preferably Chinese input and MS Access
- Able to correspond with clients on technical issues in Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Client Relations Manager
