  • Deliver world class aviation solutions to the clients from all over the world
  • Drive sales and achieve sales revenue targets
  • Retain existing client demand and generate new business leads
  • Build and deliver strong client and supplier relationships within the business aviation community and direct client base
  • Responsively and accurately deliver aircraft management quotations
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Analyse aircraft pricing and variable costs
  • Work as part of a team to create and implement sales strategies
  • Represent the company and project the group profile and products to the wider audience
  • Willingness to work out-of-hours and weekends on a roster system as necessary to support management demand


Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

  • 3 years of Business Aviation / Airline / Travel Industry (or associated industry) sales or brokering experience
  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Experience of cold calling
  • Working knowledge of Aircraft Management flight operations (including aircraft performance / crew FTL’s / airport categorization and suitability)
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders / clients / group departments
  • Excellent written and verbal English language. High standard of numeracy
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office applications
  • Pro-active natural communicator with a strong interpersonal skillset
  • High attention to detail. An adaptable and resourceful personality
  • Ability to self-motivate, perform and deliver under pressure in time critical environments
  • Career driven with an ambition to retain career path within the aviation industry
