About the Operations Management Trainee

To develop future leaders within Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC), our Company has developed a 18-months program providing Operations Management Trainee with all-round exposure in Fixed Base Operator (FBO).  During the program, each trainee will undergo an intensive on-the-job training and coaching through cross-departmental attachments in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Centre of Operations and Line Service Department. Trainees will also be attached to supporting departments to gain a full scope of the HKBAC business functions.

Upon completion of the program, our trainees will further develop their career in one of our departments according to their strengths and career interests. Excellent career development and advancement to managerial position will also be offered to trainees with outstanding performance and capabilities to move along the career ladder within HKBAC.

Program Curriculum & Highlights

• On-the-job attachment in different operational sections
• Receive training, mentorship and coaching by senior leaders
• Participate in projects that are closely related to business strategy
• Exposure to building a people network

Requirements
 

• Final-year university students in any discipline; or recent university graduates with less than three years of working experience preferably in Aviation industry
• Keen interest in pursuing a career in Aviation industry
• Outgoing, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• A fast learner and good team-player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Possession of Hong Kong Driving License class 1 & 2 is an advantage
• 5-day per week and shift duties are required (including overnight)
