Responsibilities

•             Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

•             Implement strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Board of Directors

•             Oversee day-to-day operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors in the association management so that
               financial matters can be budgeted for near- and midterm growth targets

•             Responsible for producing valuable content for the Association’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the Association’s publications

•             Build and maintain trusting relationships with all members,  partners, and stakeholders of the Association

•             Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential members and build strategic partnerships

Requirements

•             Must hold a college degree or higher

•             Minimum 7 years experience in the business aviation industry in Asia

•             Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

•             Strong sense of job ownership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility to adapt to changes.

•             Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

•             Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues and can resolve day-to-day issues promptly

•             Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

•             Event experience including sponsorship packages, agenda presentations and execution to the financial benefit of AsBAA is a must.
